Carbonite has been a great fit for our organization for lots of different reasons.
They have a real broad and diverse set of products and replication utilities that we’re able to leverage. The most common pain point that we see would be disaster recovery followed up with some form of offsite data backup.
There’s constantly issues with cybersecurity and making sure that if there is a problem, or when there is a problem, that we have the means to be able to recover very quickly so that the business can continue to run.
The worst-case scenarios could be monetary but it could also be reputation, it can could be as serious as the business having major problems and potentially having to shut down.
