Cardholders can conveniently enroll their finger to the new biometric card either at home or at a branch. This enrollment process is key to use the card and protect the cardholder biometric data. The fingerprint reference data is converted, securely stored in the banking card's chip, which enables safe payment transactions. It is never shared with the merchants or the bank.
