Tragedy struck Jake and his family in 2020. This Mental Health Awareness week, he shares his story of his journey back into the workplace as he battled mental health issues.
As well as the support Jake received from his team and the company, he found Angles United, a football club that supports families through child loss. Jake says that being a part of this network helped give him a platform to talk about what he was going through and enabled him to continue his journey back to work.
Jake says: “Whatever anyone is going through, I would suggest to reach out. The support is there.”
