This International Women in Engineering Day, Thursday 13 June, Laura shares her indirect entry into engineering at BAE Systems and provides insights and encouragement to anyone wanting to become an engineer!
Laura is a British Army veteran, where she served in the Royal Corps of Signals, and an engineer within our submarines business. After her career transition out of the army Laura gained experience in the retail industry, but knew her passion was in defence, helping to support our armed forces in keeping people safe, so she joined our team.
